How does an appointment work?

Which bikes are accepted?

Basically, any bike is welcome here, including cargo bikes and special bikes. Important: It must not be wider than 83 cm, otherwise it will not fit through the door. Unfortunately, e-scooters cannot be accepted.

What happens at the appointment?

We look at the bike together and discuss what should be done. You should receive an assessment that is as transparent and fair as possible. A rough budget can also be set. Please allow around 15 minutes for the bike drop-off. If you have keys for your bike, please bring them with you (e.g. for batteries or anti-theft devices). On site, we will also discuss when you can return your bikeyou will also receive a notification via email or SMS when your bike is ready to be picked up.

Bags, locks or similar on the bike?

Such attachments must be (dis)assembled for many orders. This can be done in the workshop, but is then calculated as time spent. If you want to save money, have time and the opportunity to do so, feel free to do it yourself in advance.

Payment

When you pick up your bike, you pay by card or cash. Payment on account is unfortunately not possible.

Own spare parts?

By default, no components are installed that were not purchased from Runde Sache. If necessary, an exception can be made after consultation.
